Some exploration of lighting and camera work with a focus on depth and composition on a macro scale. The model is my own model of a Trek Madone equiped with SRAM Red components. I built the model a few years ago but I think it holds up well to extreme closeups.
 
Rendering was done in 3DS max and Vray and lighting was done using HDR Light Studio. The final images have just a slight colour finish added and have some noise removed.  I was really impressed at just how clean the images were straight out of VRay.
